Why we publish a sample instead of invented testimonials
OpsCurb does not publish fabricated case studies, made-up company names, or illustrative customer quotes.
Until we have approved named customer stories, we prefer to show the format of the real deliverable instead:
- executive summary
- approximate monthly and annual savings
- top 5 opportunities
- clear next steps for each finding
- suggested ownership for follow-through
What the first report is designed to do
The first report is built for startup engineering leaders who need to answer four questions quickly:
- Is there meaningful waste here?
- Which resources matter most right now?
- What is safe to review or change first?
- Who should own the follow-through?
What you should expect to see
- a short narrative summary you can forward to leadership
- findings ranked by approximate savings impact
- top 3 actions to review first
- exact monthly impact for the highest-priority work
- one blocked, unowned, or overdue example when accountability gaps already exist
- enough technical detail to validate the recommendation
- remediation guidance that stays advisory unless your team approves action
What should happen right after the first scan
The first scan should not end with a static report.
The immediate next step is:
- review the Top 3 actions
- confirm the exact monthly impact
- look at one blocked, unowned, or overdue example if present
- decide whether to start the 14-day Growth trial so OpsCurb can push that queue into Jira or Linear and keep it tracked
If you want help validating that first queue, founder-led guidance is available as an optional follow-up, not a required first step.
